Privacy notice

This notice explains how Daily Muscle Plate handles information submitted through this website. It is a plain-language operational notice and must be reviewed for the final business entity and launch markets before commercial launch.

What we collect

When you join the launch list, we collect your email address, date and time, signup source, whether you separately chose optional product updates, the consent-text version, and a shortened irreversible fingerprint of the network address used for signup. The fingerprint is used only to investigate abuse; we do not store the full network address in the waitlist file.

Why we use it

We use the required launch-list consent to send one notification when the free kit is ready. We use the separate optional choice for occasional Daily Muscle Plate product updates. We also process limited records to prevent abuse and maintain the signup service. The current signup is a launch list, not immediate product delivery.

Storage and sharing

At present, signup records are stored in a restricted file outside the public website directory. We do not sell your information. A consent-aware email service may later process the list so delivery and unsubscribe requests can be handled reliably; this notice must name that provider before migration.

How long we keep it

We keep launch-list records until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete them, unless a limited record is required to honour an opt-out or meet a legal obligation. The final retention schedule must be confirmed before launch.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw either consent, by emailing hello@dailymuscleplate.com. Once recurring email begins, every marketing email must include a working unsubscribe link.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the site does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. Embedded font services may receive ordinary request information when your browser loads fonts. If tracking is added, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated first.
